Bob Dyar
Head Chaplain, Joe Gibbs Racing
For the past 20 years, Bob has been involved in sports ministry. Since 1996, he has served as the Lead Chaplain for Joe Gibbs Racing in Huntersville, NC. He and his wife, Connice (also a chaplain), raised their three children in nearby Charlotte, NC. Bob grew up in Columbia, SC where he also received degrees in Computer Science and an MBA at the University of South Carolina. Bob left the business world in 1988 to serve in ministry beginning at a local church, another sports ministry, and then founding and leading The Sports Outreach Group.
